Authorized returns are allowed within Ten (10) business days starting from the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorizations) receipt date, unless stated otherwise.
Every approved returns must contain all original items and components, which must be unused and in their original state. All items or components that are returned should not have been taken apart, installed, altered, or harmed because of user mistakes or incorrect installation. Zebra Auto Group LLC is not liable for installation costs, labor expenses, towing expenses, or any extra repair costs resulting from the use of incorrect or faulty parts during installation. Shipping costs and labor expenses are not included in our coverage.
A warranty claim needs an Engine Diagnostic Report from an ASE Certified Automotive facility. We are not liable for incorrect installation or labor costs.
In case you have received an incorrect or broken item, please place the item(s) back in the original packaging and contact us promptly. Upon receiving your order, we advise you to carefully examine all the shipping packages and items for any damage, missing, or incorrect parts. The warranty we offer for damaged or incorrect parts will expire after 10 business days, regardless of fault. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and any claims for these incidents must be reported and handled by the shipping company. The warranty will become invalid if the engine is brought back with missing or melted heat tabs, or if it is disassembled without written authorization.

We will provide you the RMA number(s) and instructions for return shipment via email as soon as we receive your purchase data. For the return to be tracked and processed, an RMA number is needed. Processing of the refund
Refunds are typically handled and applied within 24-72 business hours after our warehouse receives your part(s) or package(s). After our mechanics have inspected and checked the returned part(s), we will initiate the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been started. Refunds could be charged a 30% Restocking Fee, and if payment was made with a debit or credit card, it may take up to seven business days for the refund to show in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation may cause a delay if your order has already been confirmed, packed, and shipped. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but if we are unable to do so, you can return it. Please take a moment to review our Return Policy for more information. You can cancel the order at any point before receiving our confirmation via email or phone call. However, after your order is confirmed, it will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. Hence, we are unable to cancel your order once 24 hours have passed since confirmation via email or phone call. Cancellation of orders could have an additional charge of 30% for restocking. Replacement Policy
Only once the original goods we supplied to you is returned will replacements be shipped. Kindly make sure the item is packed safely and sent back to us in its original state. In the event that we(Zebra Auto Group LLC) swap out your product for another item, the original unit will be repaired. As a result, your initial mileage and installation date will still apply.
