shipping and delivery

The estimated shipping times on our website (Zebra Auto Group LLC) depend on the destination, package dimensions, and transit times of the shipping companies. Notice: The dates shown are only approximations. In any case, we are dedicated to keeping you informed with updates and ensuring prompt delivery of the necessary parts.

When we refer to "Business Days" for shipping or delivery schedule, we mean Monday to Friday. Exclude Saturday, Sunday, or any weekday holidays from consideration.

We do not handle or distribute packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Shipping costs and labor expenses are not included in our coverage.

Time for Delivery

The majority of our orders are prepared for shipping or delivery (leave our warehouse) within 24-48 hours after the customer confirms the order (the Image of the part sent by us) unless stated otherwise. The time it takes for a package to be delivered or transported can change depending on the package size and delivery location. Usually, shipments arrive between eight (8) to fourteen (14) business days after leaving our warehouse, not counting weekends and holidays.​

Cargo damage

Upon receiving your order, it is advised to thoroughly examine all shipping parts, packages, and items for damage, missing components, or inaccuracies. Our warehouses work hard to avoid damage during transit, but unfortunately it still happens sometimes. In case you receive a faulty or wrong part, please contact us right away to avoid being billed for shipping in both directions. Wait for RMA before sending or returning any part or package. The warranty we offer for any defective or incorrect parts will become invalid after 7 business days, regardless of who is responsible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and any claims for these incidents must be reported and handled by the shipping company.

Threat of Loss

Every item bought from our website adheres to our shipping terms, known as FOB shipping points. This shows that when the carrier accepts the goods for transport, the seller transfers the risk of loss, title, and responsibility to the buyer at the shipping point. Although we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we are willing to help you file a claim with the shipping company. You need to get in touch with us right away if you don't receive the complete shipment within two (2) days of the carrier's expected delivery date. Any claims must be submitted within seven(7) days of the shipment date to be considered. Wait for RMA before sending or returning the part(s) or package(s).
